How does payment work?
Miraye uses Stripe, the world's most secure payment platform. Your banking details never pass through our servers.
Accepted payment methods
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
Invoices and receipts
A receipt is automatically sent by email after each payment. You can find your invoice history in My Account → My Orders.
Refunds
For cancellations within the deadline, refunds are automatic within 5-10 business days.
VAT
VAT is applied according to your country's regulations. Professionals can provide their intra-community VAT number.
