Your Miraye calendar must match real availability: session lengths, breaks, time zone, and leave. Poor setup causes double bookings and last-minute cancels.
Match slot length to services
Each service has a duration. Available windows must fit the session plus any buffer you need between clients.
Recurring rules and exceptions
Combine weekly patterns with one-off blocks for holidays or training.
Minimum notice
If available, require booking at least X hours ahead so you are not surprised overnight.
Time off
Block away time explicitly rather than cancelling after clients book.
External sync
If offered, sync a master Google/Outlook calendar to avoid clashes outside Miraye.
