At a glance
You can change your password while signed in from your account, or reset it via email if you forgot it. Miraye typically sends a confirmation email after a successful change.
Change password (signed in)
Open Personal account (/account/personal), find the password/security section, enter your current password and the new password twice, then submit.
If you can sign out other sessions or devices, use that after a change if you suspect someone else had access.
Forgot password
On the sign-in page, use “Forgot password”. Enter your account email; you’ll get a time-limited link to set a new password. Request a new link if it expired. Check spam.
Social-only accounts
You may need to set a local password or use the reset flow for your email to sign in with email + password. Contact support if you are stuck after identity checks.
Good practices
- Do not reuse passwords from other sites.
- Use a password manager.
- Never share your password—Miraye will not ask for it in chat or email.
- If you get a reset email you did not request, secure your inbox and change your Miraye password.
