Creating a Miraye Account
To use Miraye and book sessions with a professional, you need to create an account. Registration is free. You provide an email, a strong password and basic info (name). Once registered, you can complete your profile: photo, language, time zone and preferences.
Securing Your Account
Choose a password of at least 12 characters, mixing letters, numbers and symbols. Never share your password. If you forget it, use "Forgot password" on the login page: a secure link will be sent by email to reset it.
Managing Your Profile
Your profile shows the information visible to professionals: display name, photo, language and optionally a short bio. You can update this at any time from "My account" or "Profile".
Preferences and Settings
In settings you can set your language (fr, en, es, de, it, ar), time zone and notification preferences. You can also manage payment methods and booking history.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from settings. This action is irreversible. Upcoming bookings must be cancelled before closing the account.
Suspicious activity
If you receive login or booking emails you did not trigger, change your password immediately and review order history. Contact support with date and subject line.
Data visible to professionals
Only profile fields you expose are shared with coaches; full payment credentials are not sent to professionals.
Dormant accounts
Long-inactive accounts may receive reminders or be deactivated per retention rules; data handling follows the privacy policy.
Family and minors
Do not create accounts for minors without a lawful framework. Bookings must match the participant.
Signing in on multiple devices
You may use Miraye on phone and desktop with one account. Sign out on shared computers and avoid duplicate accounts for the same person—that complicates history, refunds, and support.
Email and notifications
Booking confirmations and security alerts go to your account email. Check spam folders. Miraye never asks for your password by email or chat.
Language and time zone
UI language and time zone affect how slots display. Update your zone when travelling to avoid booking at the wrong local time.
Regaining access
If you lose access to your signup email, standard reset will fail—contact support and follow any identity steps offered. Keep your email address current in settings.
Payment methods on file
Cards and billing details are stored with the payment processor (e.g. Stripe), not exposed in plain text in your profile. Remove outdated cards to avoid failed charges at checkout.
Reviews and public elements
Content you publish (e.g. reviews) may remain subject to moderation and retention rules. Deleting your account does not always erase every historical record required for legal or accounting reasons—see the privacy policy.

Business or team programmes
If your employer runs a coaching programme, additional organisational rules may apply. This guide describes the individual Miraye account you control; HR or procurement may hold separate agreements.
Keeping your own records
Download or archive confirmation emails when you need offline proof of purchase, attendance, or reimbursement. The in-app history helps, but a mailbox folder labelled “Miraye” reduces search time before tax or HR deadlines.
Data export
Depending on your region, you may request access or portability of personal data through the channels in the privacy policy. Response times and scope follow applicable law after identity checks.
Limits
General help text—not a substitute for personalised legal support or advanced account recovery.
