At a glance
Your Miraye account lets you book sessions with professionals and, if you choose, offer your own services after the dedicated professional onboarding.
Sign up
Use the sign-up page with a valid email (for confirmations and reminders), a strong password (we suggest 12+ characters mixing letters, numbers, and symbols), and your name. Social login may be available depending on site settings.
If an email asks you to verify your address, complete that step before sensitive changes.
Complete your profile
In Personal account (/account/personal), add a photo, contact details, and anything that helps with bookings.
Language, time zone, notifications
Under preferences (/account/preferences or equivalent), set UI language and time zone so slots shown on pro profiles match how you read times. Turn on notifications you care about.
Bookings and orders
View reservations and history from your account (e.g. /account/appointments, /account/orders depending on the UI). Keep confirmation emails.
Becoming a professional
Follow the pro flow for identity, documents, and approval—then calendar, services, and dashboard unlock. See Become a coach on Miraye and Set up your calendar (pro).
Security
- Never share your password, even with someone claiming to be support.
- If access looks wrong, change your password: Change your password.
- Sign out on shared devices.
