At a glance
Pay for bookings on the Miraye website through Stripe. Never send card numbers by email, SMS, or internal chat — it is neither necessary nor secure.
Where you pay
At checkout, you are directed to a secure payment flow. Card data is handled by Stripe according to industry standards; the professional does not receive your full card number.
3-D Secure and declines
Your bank may require additional authentication (SMS code, banking app, etc.). If the payment is declined, check your card's limits, currency, expiry date, or try another card if available. Error messages come from the bank network or Stripe, not Miraye.
Wallet or credits
If your account offers a wallet or credits, checkout may combine credit and card; the breakdown shows before you confirm.
Receipts and follow-up
Keep your confirmation email and, if relevant, your bank statement. For any question about a charge, note the date, amount, and professional's name.
Scams and phishing
- Miraye and Stripe will never ask for your password or card codes in a message.
- Be wary of links received outside the official site; type the address directly or use a bookmark.
- If in doubt, open a support request through the channels listed on the site.
