Where to find the applicable rules
Before paying, check the cancellation and rescheduling conditions on the service page or in the cart summary. After payment, the same framework generally applies; if you spot any inconsistency with what you recall reading, take a screenshot and keep your confirmation email.
Typical patterns (non-binding examples)
- Early cancellation (per pro deadline): often full refund or rescheduling / credit.
- Late cancellation: partial or no refund, depending on terms.
- No-show: usually non-refundable unless the pro or a specific policy states otherwise.
- Pro-initiated cancellation: usually a refund or reschedule; keep on-platform messages as proof.

Processing timelines
An approved refund may take several business days to reappear on your bank statement, depending on your bank and card network. If you see nothing after a reasonable wait, contact support with your order reference.
Disputes
- Check your account for order status and messages from the pro.
- Gather date, amount, professional name, and redacted screenshots.
- Open a request with Miraye support; you may also try to resolve the matter directly with the professional via the platform's messaging.
