Cancel or reschedule a session from your account (appointments / bookings), when the interface allows it. Deadlines, possible fees, and refunds depend on the professional's published policy and when you act — there is no single platform-wide rule.
Where to act on Miraye
Sign in and open the section dedicated to appointments or bookings (usually accessible from /account/appointments or a «My account» menu). Select the relevant session and look for Cancel, Reschedule, or Edit buttons if shown.
After the professional's cutoff, online cancellation may be disabled: this does not mean there is no solution, but that the situation is handled according to the displayed rules or through support.
The professional's policy
Before paying, you normally have access to the cancellation and rescheduling conditions on the service page or in the cart summary. After payment, the same framework typically applies: for example, free cancellation up to X hours before, then partial refund, then no refund.

Reschedule instead of cancel
If you only want to move the session, suggest a new slot to the professional through the available channels. An explicit agreement prevents misunderstandings and double bookings.

- Make sure you are signed in with the same account used for booking.
- Message the professional from the platform with the session date and time.
- If the situation remains blocked, contact Miraye support with the order reference or a redacted screenshot.
